This is the second year that we have rang the bell for the Salvation Army. Last week we were at Cub Foods in Stillwater and today mom and I were at the Maplewood Mall. It is amazing the looks that you get when people realize you are standing there with a miniature horse!! They first think they are dogs dressed as reindeer and then they realize they are horses! We had some repeat visitors that told us they had taken pictures of them last year. People stop and take pictures and then make donations. Last week at Cub they were pulling up curbside and handing us $20.00 bills!! It just warms my heart and makes me smile all day! People ask how I got involved with miniature horses and bell ringing. I tell them that my dad died on Christmas Eve 2012. My heart was so broken that I needed to do something in honor of him. I discovered miniature horses when I volunteered with the Halfpint Horse Foundation. So I hope dad is looking down and smiling. You are always in my heart Pops!

Timber and Topper. This is Timber's first time bell ringing. He did fantastic!!
