We never got the barn quite finished before winter so we had to make some temporary fixes. I am looking forward to nice weather so that we can get this finished..and beautiful.

Lots of mucking to do in the paddock in the spring. The horses are so wooly so I am waiting for them to shed a little so that we can clip them. It has still been really cold though...so maybe they know best and are hanging on to that hair!!

We are getting ready for Kizz to move in. We need to get another gate so that we can keep him in a separate paddock for awhile. The boys will have to get to know each other through the gate. I hear it can be noisy and nasty when they first meet. Topper is so tiny I hope that I am doing the right thing by getting a horse that is a bit bigger than Topper. Major can take care of himself...I don't worry about him.
